Tristan vol. 3 written 2014-2015

Whatever the case, she was helping me feel calm too, and I could almost start to feel a little sleepiness. I wondered where Agnes was, and if I should call her. We were leaving so early. Zombies 10.1

By Asa Montreaux Eventually, they could hear something far away. The nuclear explosives had detonated on the desert plains, killing hundreds of thousands of zombies for hundred of miles. At the edges, they collapsed, burning, descending further into the gourd as ash. It made little noises, and then larger shaking noises, as if an earthquake were coming. The first couple explosions, Nina wouldn’t take her head up from the pillow. Was that scary, Tom said. That was very scary, have they stopped? This was just the first night. Who knows how many had died out there, though. We’re okay? How far away we’re they? They flew way out there. They will probably only fly farther, but there will more and more explosives. It’s interesting now to see if any pollution will come in. Oh, this is terrible. Why’d the world have to end? Are you really thinking that now? Thank goodness the first night is over. It’s going to get better I’m sure. Oh my, we’ve really decided they’re unstable. ...

Tristan vol. 2 writ. 2014

By Asa Montreaux, pen name Andrew James Then provincials were around. By that time, hockey had taken over our lives pretty well. It was a big deal. Though I didn’t like not having time for other things. You need other things in your life. If it had been any longer than a month or so when I was instructed to think about hockey all the time, I wouldn’t have been okay with it. Maybe I’m exaggerating. The first series we played, we won pretty handily. Because we were the top-placed team we only had one round to win before Provincials. The games were played at the Winter Club, and it was very loud and busy, friends and family wanted to come to the games, girls from school were there to watch. It was fun. We were waiting to find out who the other team would be. The other semifinals series went to three games and to overtime in the final game. The Vancouver Canadians won in the second overtime, and they were on the other blue line during opening ceremony. They did a good job with the anthem. ...
