Selections does not write in a tongue in cheek manner. A free business model does connote the unauthorized copying, and spreading of

the original (or edited) content. Selections does not mean to spread its work far and wide, beyond its site, per se. It is especially not desiring to have its work distributed, or experienced, in an altered, or parodized form. Contrary to popular belief, a work of an art, in fact , any work of ideas, is copyright upon completion. That idea cannot be copied in the same way the product cannot be copied. Thus the reproduction of Selections' work is not allowed.

Writing

The works, ideas, themes, concepts, phrases, literary devices, of Asa Montreaux, are one hundred percent copyright, and in no way whatsoever are they allowed to be copied, or reproduced.

Music

Some musical artists, or producer, are okay with you taking up to three second of their songs, for use in your work, as stems. However, Montague (Asa Montreaux), does not allow the use of any of his work in others work. The same can be said for all of Selections music, and 3D Max Audio.

Additionally, the songwriting rights (rights to the lyrics, compositions, concepts, names, ideas) are fully the copyright of Asa Montreaux, and in no way whatsoever are they allowed to be copied, or reproduced by someone else.

The design, display, backend, workflow, functionality, appearance, themes, names, icons, and the individual designs and apps, are one hundred percent copyright, and in no way whatsoever is their reproduction or copying allowed.

AșaAI, PerfectSearch AI, BubbleAI, Risk AI, Image, and Selections News are explicitly, fully, and completely, owned by Asa Montreaux and Selections. Their copying or reproduction, whether in partial or full, is not allowed at all. It may seem they are not related to the work of 3D Max, SelectionsMusic, SelectionsNews, Apollo Entertainment, or the creative work of Asa Montreaux, but that is not the case. These are fully the original ideas of Asa Montreaux, brought from concept to reality by him, and they are part of a development upon his previous work in app development and AI. He is a significant creator, and inventor, and his original ideas are copyright.

Images, Videos, Audioplays, Audiobooks

Contrary to popular opinion, AI music is often subject to copyright. Tracks generated may seem not to have been derived from existing works that are copyright, or would be claimed as copyright, but that is not the case. Many people would object to the use of their work for AI regeneration. Asa Montreaux does object to this. He objects to the regeneration of his music, as well as his images, likeness, videos, audioplays, audiobooks, and his voice. It is not allowed. Such reproduction are illegal according to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, the Lantham Act, the Canadian Copyright Act and Elections Act, as well as numerous UK, Europe and other States laws. It is expressly against the law in California and Texas, and this is not an exhaustive list of the legal remedies available in the United States, or Canada.

As well, Selections, and Asa Montreaux, do not allow for their impersonation, especially as pertains to politics. The use of his likeness or voice, to portray messages of any kind, is absolutely prohibited, and not allowed.
